Screen printing, one ink at a time
Your artwork, separated into press-ready screens.
Upload a design, choose how many inks you want to pay for, and ASAP builds the flat-color proof plus a film positive for every screen.
The engine
Five steps from file to film.
- 01Constraint
You pick the board size and the number of colors, K. That is the cost of the job.
- 02Quantize
Pixels are clustered in Lab color space. Every pixel is repainted with the nearest of the K inks. No gradients.
- 03Separate
Each ink becomes its own layer. Red stays on the red screen. Nothing else does.
- 04Film positive
That layer turns binary. Black is where ink passes. White is closed mesh.
- 05Register
The same crosshairs are stamped in the same place on every film so the screens line up on the press.

Price
Board plus one setup fee per screen.
Each extra ink is another screen. The color of the sign itself is not a screen. VAT is 15%. The final price can drop if the artwork holds fewer solid inks than you asked for.
